Makindye Magistrates court has ordered the arrest of 18 other people at large who were part of singer Patrick Mulwana a.k.a Alien Skin’s gang during the Nsambya saga.
The demand to arrest the remaining 18 has been issued to ease investigations in the ongoing case in which Alien Skin and his bodyguard Julius Mugabi are accused of causing harm to medical personnel at Nsambya Hospital.
Alien Skin’s bail application was denied earlier this morning.
Alien Skin is set to return to court on Thursday 28th of November for a further hearing of his trial.
The sureties who had turned up for Julius Mugabe were deemed unsubstantial as the court ruled that they were not reliable.
Alien Skin’s sureties were found eligible to back him but he was sent back to prison saying granting him bail would interrupt the ongoing investigations.
