Kylie Jenner paid homage to her former party aesthetic at sister Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party.
The 26-year-old reality star seemingly took “New Year, New Me” very seriously in 2023, starting with a wardrobe rebrand before hard launching her relationship with Oscar-nominated actor Timothée Chalamet at Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour in Los Angeles on September 4. Well, it’s unclear exactly which actually happened first. While Kylothée rumors first went viral in April, some sources claim the pair have been seeing each other since their run-in at Paris Fashion Week in late January.
As for her style refresh, Jenner began incorporating more polished, classic, and ultra-feminine pieces into her wardrobe in the spring, fully embracing the quiet luxury trend by May 2023. Since then, the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s front-row style has only become more “demure” by the day.
Of course, Kylie Jenner hasn’t completely moved on from her affinity for party dresses, sheer fabrics, and sexy cutouts. Case in point: the ultra mini leather tube dress she wore to celebrate her older sister’s birthday at Funke restaurant in Beverly Hills. On October 20, Jenner was photographed in an LBD version of a moto jacket, nixing jewelry in favor of skinny sunglasses and a little black purse.

Still, Jenner added a bit of that New Kylie je ne sais quoi with a pair of sheer stockings and kitten-heeled sandals. While a leather minidress may not be considered tame by most, this is a woman who wore head-to-toe latex to her nephew’s bar mitzvah in December 2022. Now, it looks like she’s finding some middle ground.
